Tickets & Entry

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes – All attendees must register for a free ticket in advance via Eventbrite see details here.

Does my ticket guarantee entry?

To ensure everyone’s safety, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If the venue reaches capacity, a “one-in, one-out” policy will be in place. We cannot guarantee entry so recommend arriving early!

How do I show my ticket?

You can show your digital ticket on your phone, a printed copy, or via the Eventbrite app.

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! You are free to leave and re-enter. However, if the venue reaches capacity while you are out, you will have to join the “one-in, one-out” queue to get back in if the venue capacity is reached.

Where is Croydon Pride 2026 being held?

We are at BOXPARK Croydon, located at 99 George St, Croydon CR0 1LD, right next to East Croydon Station.

How do I get there?

• Train/Tram/Bus: East Croydon Station is the best arrival point.
• Parking: The nearest parking is Ruskin Square Car Park (320m away) on Dingwall Road, which includes Blue Badge bays.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. BOXPARK is fully level-access with accessible toilets. The route from East Croydon Station and Ruskin Square Car Park is also flat and paved.

Food & Drink

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No. Per licensing rules, outside food and alcohol are not permitted.

What are the food options?

BOXPARK features over 20 independent street food vendors. There are plenty of vegan, gluten-free, and halal options available.

Can I pay for food and drink by cash?

BOXPARK is a card-only venue. Please ensure you have a card or contactless payment method.

Can I bring water?

Yes, as long as it is in a sealed, transparent plastic bottle. No glass is allowed.

Sensory & Accessibility

Will there be loud music or lights?

Yes. Expect a high-energy atmosphere with loud music, strobe lighting, smoke machines, and confetti cannons. Is there a place to go if I feel overwhelmed? Yes! We will have a dedicated Quiet Area within the venue. More specific details on the location will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Are dogs allowed?

Only registered assistance dogs and service animals are permitted inside the venue.

Safety & Policies

Are under 16s allowed?

Yes, but they must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.

What is the bag policy?

To speed up security checks, please travel light. Bags should be no larger than A4 size. There are no cloakroom facilities on-site.

What is your drug policy?

We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal drugs and legal highs (including NOS). Anyone found in possession will be ejected and the police will be called.
