Scanning Your Ticket:
You will need to show your ticket at the entrance to be scanned. We accept digital tickets on your phone or a printed copy. For the easiest and fastest experience, we recommend downloading the Eventbrite app to have your QR code ready to go!

Please Note:
Due to strict venue capacity limits at BOXPARK, holding a registered ticket does not guarantee entry. If the venue reaches its maximum safe capacity, a “one-in, one-out” policy will be in effect, and there may be a wait to enter. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

Re-entry:
You are welcome to leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day. However, please be aware that if the venue is at capacity when you return, you will need to join the queue and wait for re-entry under our “one-in, one-out” policy.
