Are you passionate about diversity, inclusion, and creating meaningful change in your community? Croydon Pride, one of the largest Pride celebrations in South London, is looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees.

About Croydon Pride

We’re a vibrant charity dedicated to celebrating LGBTQIA+ culture, promoting equality, and fostering a sense of belonging for all. Through our annual Pride Festival and community engagement, we champion acceptance and amplify underrepresented voices.

What We’re Looking For

As a trustee, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of Croydon Pride. We are seeking individuals who:

• Share our values of equality, inclusion, and celebration.
• Have skills or expertise in areas such as Volunteer Management, Events Planning & Coordination or Sponsorship & Business to Business Management, or Grants and BID Writing.
• Are committed to ensuring the charity’s sustainability and impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Attend monthly Board meetings and actively participate in decision-making.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee the charity’s operations.
• Advocate for Croydon Pride within your networks and the community.
• Support the planning and delivery of Croydon Pride events.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, especially those with lived experience as part of the LGBTQIA+ community or the BAME community. No previous trustee experience is necessary—we value your passion and perspective.
