Croydon Pride 2026 Important Event Information

We want to ensure everyone has a fun and safe experience at Croydon Pride. Please review our event and venue policies below before you arrive.

Registration: Access is strictly for ticket holders only. Tickets are free but must be registered in advance. Tickets are available here.
Digital or Print: Please have your ticket ready to show at the main entrance on Dingwall Road. Digital or printed tickets, or for an easier experience, download the Eventbrite app from the Play Store or Apple Store.
Under 16s: All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
Capacity & Entry: Please note that a ticket does not guarantee entry. If the venue reaches its maximum safe capacity, we will operate a “one-in, one-out” policy. You may be required to wait in a queue until space becomes available.
Re-entry: You are welcome to leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day. However, please be aware that if the venue is at capacity when you return, you will need to join the queue and wait for re-entry under our “one-in, one-out” policy.

No Outside Alcohol: Per our licensing agreement, alcohol cannot be brought into BOXPARK.
Venue Bars: Multiple bars within BOXPARK will be serving a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please note that BOXPARK is a card-only venue.
Water Policy: Sealed, transparent plastic bottles of water are permitted. You may be asked to open them for security. For safety reasons, no glass is allowed inside the venue.
Challenge 25: If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring a valid ID (PASS hologram, driving license, or passport). Celebrate Pride, but please drink responsibly.
No Outside Food: While outside food isn’t allowed, BOXPARK is home to some of the best street food in London. Grab a bite from one of the many vendors between sets!

Speed Up Your Entry: We want to get you inside and celebrating as quickly as possible! Security bag searches will be in place, so we recommend traveling light. If you are bringing a bag, please ensure it is no larger than an A4 in size.
No Storage: There are no cloakroom or left luggage facilities at BOXPARK.

Our Team: While Croydon Pride is a celebration, please stay aware of your surroundings. Trained security staff and Croydon Pride Ambassadors (in branded t-shirts) will be stationed throughout the venue.
Ask for Angela: If you feel unsafe, vulnerable, or threatened, please approach any bar staff or security member and “Ask for Angela.” They will help you discretely.
Emergencies: In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of the stewards and security team.

Zero Tolerance: Croydon Pride and BOXPARK operate a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession will be ejected and reported to the police.

Service Animals Only: Due to the nature of the venue, pets are not permitted within BOXPARK Croydon. Registered assistance dogs and service animals are, of course, welcome.

Publicity: Our official media team will be capturing photos and videos throughout the day for local and national publicity. By entering the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed for Croydon Pride’s promotional use.
